written by Charles Zembillas, who runs the Animation Academy and has probably been the single most influential person to my designing.
every foundation i know about designing has been from him.
he was part of such designs like Spyro, Crash Bandicoot, Jak and Daxter, and the original he-man (i think).
so if you can, definitely get your hands on this.
